Award structure

VicHealth's classifications and award structure do not follow the Victorian Public Service award. The Victorian Health Promotion Foundation is covered by the VicHealth Certified Agreement 2004. The VicHealth pay scale structure covers 10 levels of work as performed by VicHealth employees. At each level employees perform work above and beyond that of the level below and to the level of his/her training. The agreement applies in conjunction with the Victorian State Agencies Award 2003.
