Reporting on research funding

VicHealth researchers are required to submit annual progress reports and a final report. Please click on the links below to download our standard report templates.

The completed report should be sent by email to evaluation@vichealth.vic.gov.au.

Please ensure your VicHealth Project ID is in the header of the report document, and also in the subject box when submitting your report by email.
