The People Places Processes Forum held in April 2008 provided an opportunity to showcase Victorian health inequalities work across research, policy and practice domains. The agenda offered the following presentations:

Deb Warr identified key place-based influences on health inequalities;

Dave Trudinger discussed policy complexities in population-wide approaches to health inequalities;

Chris Pierson outlined a pilot initiative of a targeted intervention to support young migrants from a refugee background;

Mark Boyd presented the equity tool documented in the People Places Processes resource; and

Shelley Bowen reported back on how these presentations can influence current work at the Chronic Disease Prevention Unit.
