VicHealth stakeholder perspectives
Stakeholder feedback assists VicHealth in its strategic and operational planning.
VicHealth’s third triennial stakeholder survey was undertaken in 2005.
The findings informed the directions in VicHealth's Strategic Priorities 2006–2009.
The research was undertaken in two phases. Phase 1 involved indepth qualitative interviews with stakeholders, while Phase 2 involved a quantitative online survey with grant holders, unsuccessful applicants, and panel members.
The survey showed that overall stakeholder satisfaction with VicHealth was high – 80% (very satisfied/satisfied score).
