Key organisations

Australian Drug Foundation (ADF)

The Australian Drug Foundation is a national organisation that provides drug and alcohol information. ADF undertakes research and community development work, and provides leadership and support to those who wish to advocate for better public health policy and strategies.

Turning Point Drug and Alcohol Centre

Turning Point provides a wide range of specialist treatment and support services to people affected by alcohol and drug use; and undertakes research and its translation into policy and practice at a local, national and international levels.

Cancer Council Victoria

Cancer Council Victoria is a non-profit cancer charity organisation involved in cancer research, patient support, cancer prevention and advocacy.   VicHealth partners with the Cancer Council to fund the Quit and SunSmart programs.

Heart Foundation

The Heart Foundation is a health organisation dedicated to reducing the impact of cardiovascular disease in Australia, which includes helping to minimise the number of people living with, or dying from heart, stroke and blood vessel disease.

Department of Health

The alcohol team at VicHealth work closely with the division of Mental Health, Drugs and Regions, in particularly the Alcohol and other Drugs unit.
