Colourful veggies with hummus or an alternative low-salt dip is a quick and affordable school (or office!) snack.

Involve your kids in careful washing and chopping of veggies and let them pack some of their lunch box snacks.

Here are some ideas for different types of veggies you can include:

  • Capsicum
  • Cucumber
  • Snow peas
  • Cherry tomatoes
