As a successful 2015-16 Active Club Grant recipient we encourage you to submit photos to VicHealth that illustrate how more Victorians are being engaged in physical activity.

This could include participants using essential sporting equipment and demonstrating the use of sports injury prevention and management equipment to maximise participation. For example, team playing in uniforms, first aid kits, helmets, goal post padding, protective gloves and match balls.

The link below will provide you with information on "how to best capture" photos using various equipment including smartphones. VicHealth will choose appropriate, relevant photos for publishing and promoting the Active Club Grants, as applied in your club/organisation, on a webpage or a social media channel managed by VicHealth.

Please note we will only accept photos from 2015-16 ACG recipients.

1. Download and complete a video and photograph consent form on behalf of your club/organisation.
2. Email your signed and completed video and photograph consent form, along with any images (maximum of 5 images, or total of 6MB) to [email protected]. Please include your Club/Organisation name and grant reference number (if known) in the subject line.

VicHealth published a state-wide media release promoting the Active Club Grants and has notified your local Member of Parliament (MP). Your local MP may be in touch with your club after this date to help promote successful recipients of an Active Club Grant.
