In partnership with the Victorian Department of Health, VicHealth delivered a two phase marketing campaign that aimed to promote better attitudes to drinking and drunk behaviour among young Victorians aged 16 to 29. The campaigns challenged the acceptance of intoxication and championed moderate drinking.

The results of both phases of social marketing activity indicate that culture change approaches, when implemented in conjunction with wider programs and initiatives, have promise in promoting better attitudes and behaviour in relation to drinking and drunk behaviour.
