VicHealth research fellow at Deakin University, Dr Karen Campbell, has developed a new way of thinking about nutrition.

Dr Campbell and her colleagues established the successful Infant Program, which teaches parents to encourage healthy eating patterns in their children from day one. In this video, Dr Campbell discusses the serious issue of childhood obesity in Victoria, how food preferences form from a very early age, and details her contribution to a growing bank of knowledge that good nutrition in childhood will carry on into adulthood.
