There is consistent evidence that both interpersonal and systemic race-based discrimination continue to exist in Australia and have a detrimental impact on health and wellbeing. Having been identified both as places where race-based discrimination occurs, as well as a priority setting where anti-discrimination and diversity can be supported and enhanced, there is increasing emphasis on the need for workplaces to respond to issues of diversity.
