This report by Drs Patsie Frawley and Sian Anderson is from a VicHealth Innovation Research Grant. 

The study explored ways in which mainstream programs in violence and abuse prevention included or excluded people with intellectual disability and the obstacles to access such programs, and  identified actions in which their specific needs and experiences can be harnessed to facilitate the development of effective prevention programs and services in this area.
