The arts have a well-recognised potential to promote health and VicHealth's Audience Access Standards is a working document that can assist organisations in realising this potential.

Through the use of this resource VicHealth encourages arts organisations to incorporate health promotion as a core component of their work, rather than being confined to a single event or one specific activity. The document outlines a set of standards that arts organisations can use to measure and monitor their progress towards making their organisation as accessible, diverse and inclusive as possible.
After all, building stronger communities through the arts leads to better health for all Victorians.
