A social group fitness session, AFL Active has been tailored to suit any fitness level. Using special techniques, there’s no physical contact, it’s unlike traditional organised sport and there are no time restrictions. Think about how great it feels when you’re active!
Coasting is a fun activity where you will be supported in your first stand up paddle boarding experience. Adapted for beginners, this activity is about encouraging you to get out and give it a go, enjoy being on the water.
A new way to get into tennis, this low impact and social group activity will get you moving again. Happening in local parks, Get Into Cardio Tennis will be a fun game based activity using just racquets and balls – no nets!
Move My Way will teach you fundamental movements to support your strength, flexibility and overall mobility. With accessibility in mind, you can join in by doing the online activity in the comfort of your own home, or make it a social event by participating in a gymnastics club. It’s all about relaxing and focusing on you.
A participant led activity with a mix of game play and drills, you can Rock Up after you’ve dropped the kids off or before coffee with friends. As an unstructured way to get back into netball or a flexible way to start, by making up your own rules all fitness and skill levels can join in.
