Melbourne is a bustling city bursting with history, culture and attractions. Due to the grid layout of the central business district, it's easy to walk around and take in the sights.

The Melbourne Health History Walks app has been designed to lead you through our beautiful city while showcasing some important health promotion and public health initiatives along the way, including VicHealth's.

There are 4 walking tours that range from 30 to 45 minutes each. They take in some of Melbourne’s most famous landmarks such as Federation Square, the Melbourne Cricket Ground, the Queen Victoria Markets, the State Library and the Royal Botanic Gardens, while sharing with you some of the profound impacts that VicHealth and our partners’ work have made to Victorians’ health.

It's a great way to see the sights while learning about the history of health in Victoria. Don't forget to bring your camera!
